The fixture range has applications from radius dressing to profile contouring; the current available fixtures are as follows,

  • Dressing Slides
    • Model DS 705 ~ Set for Horizontal Angles between 0 - 90 degrees with 38.1mm stroke
    • Model DS 706 ~ Set for Vertical Angles between 0 - 90 degrees with 38.1mm stroke
  • Angle and Relief Dresser
    • ADS 920 ~ similar to DS 705 but using a lever operation and 50mm stroke
    • B 921 ~ This assembly allows ADS 902 to be mounted between centres
  • Angle Dresser
    • AD 100 ~ Angles can be set via slip gauges with 38mm stroke
    • AD 400 ~ As above but with 76mm stroke
    • AD 10 ~ As above but with 185mm stroke
    • B 101 ~ This assembly allows AD 100 to be mounted between centres
  • Radius and Angle Dresser
    • Rad & Ang ~ Unlimited variety of radius and angle combinations can be produced
  • Profile Copier
    • L 1165 ~ Profile copy from a template direct to the grinding wheel (60 Length x 31.75 Depth)
  • Radius Fixture
    • RS 228 ~ Convex and Concave radii up to 25.4mm
    • Petite model ~ Convex and Concave radii up to 12.7mm
  • Link radius Dresser
    • LRF 430 ~ Any diameter wheel to have radii up to 38mm at a settable angle
    • B 713 ~ As above but with radii up to 76mm
    • B 721 ~ As above but with radii up to 101mm
  • Peripheral and Radius Dresser
    • PRD 650 ~ Similar to LRF 430 but allows the grinding wheel to be peripherally dressed
    • PRD 12 ~ Smaller unit to PRD 650 but with maximum convex radius of 12mm
  • Internal Radius Fixture
    • IN 5/406 ~ Internal radii up to 50mm and movement up to 180 degree
  • Fillet Radius Fixtures
    • Model 500 ~ 12.7mm radius through 90 degree arc
    • Model 1000 ~ 25.4mm radius through 90 degree arc
    • Model 1500 ~ 38.1mm radius through 90 degree arc
  • Mandrel Radius Fixture
    • RCC 308 ~ For use in producing concave radii in tool grinder applications
  • Wheel Balancing Fixture
    • WBF 2002 ~ Static balancing fixture for use on setting grinding wheels
  • Surface grinder Adaptor block
    • SG 1014 ~ Adaptor block used on magnetic chuck for side and peripheral dressing
