ENDIA is the trade name of Engineering Diamonds and was established in 1937, over the years the company has become well known in the specialist field of Industrial diamond products of all kinds, together with the biggest range of wheel attachments in the UK.

Since 1975, Engineering Diamonds has introduced the design and manufacture of Polycrystalline and Cubic Boron Nitride Tooling, growing steadily into one of the leading companies in this specialist field.

A complete range of bespoke tooling is manufactured with over 60 years of experience to fall back on. To date, in excess of 10'000 individual tool designs have been created, each from customer specified requirements and is held on our database ready for manufacturing call off when required.

The complete manufacturing process for our tooling is carried out in house. These production facilities house the very latest CNC machining and inspection technology and is operated by a highly multi skilled and flexible workforce. Our Design and Production Engineering departments use the most modern Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing systems in turn to support these operations. This combined with a bespoke Production Control System and computer network system allows for accurate capacity planning and exacting delivery schedules to be met.

Our philosophy is to learn and implement continuous improvements methods through KAIZEN strategies. This has lead the company to build competitive advantage through their unique approach to process improvements. Kaizen facilitates the development of the organisational culture that embraces employee involvement, vision and leadership.

The company operates a Quality Management System and has been awarded with BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 from B.S.I and also holds a number of third party approvals.
